problem in show user help me

hello ,

i can't see all user in directadmin

Show All Users - No Data to Show

http://70.38.x1.xx:2222/CMD_ALL_USER_SHOW

Domains 220
Users 190
Resellers 14

But can't see all user in directadmin in serch user and USER_SHOW

why?
