removing old PHP scripts is not working

Hi

I am trying to remove old PHP scripts from this server.

I have done the following

1. Login as admin as admin.
2. Go to CustomBuilds.
3. Click on Edit options.
4. Set php1_release to version 8.5.
5. Set the rest of php_release to no.
6. Click save.

Then
in SSH I ran
cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild
./build update
./build php n
./build rewrite_confs

Then I ran
./build list_removals

and SSH says
"If you want to remove all the suggested programs above, run: da build remove_it"

There are no items listed for removal so I did not run
da build remove_it

I know there are lots of old php scripts because the DirectAdmin admin section wants me to update the old php scripts on a regular basis

What do you mean under "PHP scripts" ? If I understood you correct, then you want to disable and remove all old PHP versions except the latest one and you want only using PHP 8.5 on your DA server. If I am right then, you can run these commands (just in case):

da build set php9_release no
da build set php8_release no
da build set php7_release no
da build set php6_release no
da build set php6_release no
da build set php5_release no
da build set php4_release no
da build set php3_release no
da build set php2_release no
da build set php1_release 8.5

then re-build php:

da build php
da build rewrite_confs

It is should be enough. If "list_removals" shows the results like this one

[root@serv ~]# da build list_removals

If you want to remove all the suggested programs above, run: da build remove_items
[root@serv ~]#

then it is OK and you do not need anything else, because there is nothing to remove

I already have all of the old versions of PHP set to no in the admin section.
When I run the command in SSH
da build set php2_release no
it says
php2_release is already set to no

I know there arestill lots of old php scripts because the DirectAdmin section wants me to update the old php scripts on a regular basis
