Hi,

We have one reseller who stop pay for additional space, and we reduce them quota from 500GB to 350GB.
But still use more space than can, he can add a new users, files, emails etc... A this moment he use 480GB from 350GB available.
Is any way to block them from DA side? We don't want suspend him, but only block create a new files, emails, dbs etc.

thanks.

Usually DA doesn't allow to oversell. Check, maybe You have overselling enabled?
Also you can edit quota for each his account to fit exectly used space, than edit resellers quota to this summary quota, also you can limit his emails/domains/ftp quota. another hard method - inodes.

Yes, overselling is enabled for resellers.
But if I understand correctly the way it works - reseller can assign much more resources for users, and can not exceed the set limits for him?

check quota from console - it will show real possible usage with oversell.
by default over-quota near 5% maybe yours larger

And check the soft vs hard limit and grace period (7 days by default)
