Restore an admin-level backup from command-line

One of the things that has haunted DirectAdmin is scattered or outdated documentation.
Since taskqueue was brought into the directadmin binary several versions ago, I wasn't sure if /usr/local/directadmin/data/task.queue was still in use and whether or not the documentation given on that page was old.
The question of proper account restore was a precursor to asking if it were possible to restore an untar'd backup structure. But I managed to work out a solution that works for me.

It is. If you don't need an instant start of a task and don't won't to control output from the task, you can use the file. The task would start with cron in this case.
