How do we restore the file? Where is the utility in the panel?

Restore what file?

In general deleted files are deleted, so there's nothing to restore.

Oh I meant the backup file.

There's no utility for restoring the admin-level backup, because there are so many variables involved it's best to have a human do it.

We're working on one now; if we can do it we'll bring it out as a commercial product (and everyone will complain), but it will be very limited.

It will have to work between systems with the same version and the same OS.
