Skin Issue Document Not Found

Hi,
I have Dixie and CyberAdmin skins installed on my server, when I change a users skin from Dixie to CyberAdmin - I login as the user and the skin displays fine, however when the user trys to login they get a white page with error document not found at the top. When I change back to the dixie skin the error goes away, so the user is stuck on the dixie skin!

I have run a test with one user and switched to the power_enhanced skin and that one works fine.

I have checked the directory permissions of directadmin/data/skins and folders within are all chmod 755 which seems good.
Any ideas on how I can fix this, thanks

Hello,

You should open a ticket with the skin developers. If the things work fine with a default directadmin skin, then it's a third party skin issue, which hardly can be solved here on the forums.
