How to increase "Attached File size" to 50 MB or more?

Edit /etc/exim.conf

It is the message_size_limit in the exim.conf, but since attachments are mime encoded expect the message size to be a little over 2x the size of the attachement.

Don't forget to restart the Exim service after you've edited the 'message_size_limit' setting in the /etc/exim.conf file.

It now can attaach large file in each email.

I face new problem. Each mail stay so long in "Mail Queue Administration" without sending for about 1 hour. This mail with 1 file at 8 MB.

How I can set it to send all mails immediately as this server is a Dedicated Server for Customer Mail server?

You have to look in the logs. Mail should be processed immediately as it comes in.
