SNDS - Smart Network Data Service from MS - upcoming changes

Signed up to them a while back and submitted all my server IPs. Haven't had any issues with deliverability to to any Microsoft account yet. Think they're just tightening their belt to weed out more of the bad actors out there.

Being member helped me to get help twice fairly quick when my server was blocked, but it was in fact not my server but a netblock. And since I had not been on their blacklist for a long time probably our server was mitigated and we could mail again.
It really makes sense to be a member.

Well they say prevention is better than cure. I, myself, believe that it's better to be subscribed to something and not need it rather than not be subscribed and come to urgently need it at some point. By that time, it's just a disaster turned catastrophe 😶😁
 
I have been a member since many years but these last couple of days they are blocking various servers without reason. After contacting them they mitigate the IP but it's causing issues for many clients.

Is anyone else seeing these issues?

=> YES!

We also have been a member for years without issues, all our IP's are green as well, no complaints / reports.
But somehow we got blocked twice the last 2 months for no reason.

The servers are also not listed in their SNDS as malicious, and after opening a ticket, we immediately got a reply that we are not blocked, we had to open a manual ticket for it to be resolved (2 times already for 2 different IP's)

I had in the overview the message, that my IP was reported in the past 24h, but in the date overview, where one has to click on the date to get the actual feed, there was nothing reported, no feed.
