[solved] Deleting user timed out; now I can’t delete the user

I deleted a user via DA:2222, but the connection timed out and the user is still shown in CMD_ALL_USER_SHOW. When I try again to delete the user, I get this message:

Error Removing User username
Error locking the User 'username' actions lock file due to existing lock created on Mar 12 07:20. Some other process may be doing work on this account.

How can I remove the lock file?

wait 1-2 hours, with slow HDDs and lot of inodes (1+millions) sometimes it need more time.
it's better to remove domains/email directory via ssh and then remove account in DA.
also you can grep which process holds files and kill it, but if you wait few hours - it will be better.
