It looks as if you haven't put the code into your private_html directory.

If you look in the directory structure for your account you'll have /domains/servertweak.com/private_html and /domains/servertweak.com/public_html.

The public_html directory is meant for HTTP and the private_html directory is for HTTPS.

sorry , i have uploaded all the files needed into the private_html.

but i still get this a 404 error

To answer your first question, there doesn't seem to be a billing subdirectory under private_html.

To answer your second question, the site must be hosted on a dedicated IP#, and you need to buy a commercial cert.
