subdomain email and pop3 problems (newbie)

DirectAdmin does support subdomain email.

DNS doesn't work for ann.abc.com:

Fix your DNS.

Sorry, ann.abc.com for example only, the real domain name is ann.bilebala.com, thank !

What do you think this sub-domain of the email setup ?

I also sent an email to DA support on last Monday till no response.

As he mentioned we need to know the e-mail address and the domain name (CORRECT INFO) in order to help you.

However pointdnshere.com is a funny name for a server :).

Since your server reports that it's accepted the mail for the john mailbox at ann.bilebala.com, you should check your exim mainlog to see where it's sending it.

I checked the mail log, it sent to [email protected] not [email protected] .....
 
I tried to use mail command to send email to [email protected], it work find, the following is the log:

Double check your e-mail address that you are typing in... if it still does the same try from google or another e-mail service.

p.s. yahoo mail is crap anyway... but it should still work.

There isn't much we can do for you on this since we don't have access to your server, if this still happens send in a support ticket or contact your host if you are not the host.

Well if you look at the other post in this thread, you were told to add the sundomain as a new domain rather then under the main domain name. If this was done then it should work just fine.
