Support Responce very slow

Hi How are you?

Can you please do something about support response time. ~10+ for each query is a bit slow.

I have submitted a request to change my License IP and OS, and i forget to mention my License ID, in the morning i received reply requesting the information, i replied to the email with in 8min, but now it is ~6 hour and there has been no update.

The support pages saying average reply time is 45min, so i was just wondering why take so wrong to get update made to the license.

I agree, support response is usually at least 12hrs even in emergencies. Once person aswering support requests is a bit ridiculous if you ask me. This is exactly why i asked in another thread if this was a one man show.
 
I sended a email 2 days ago to DA support, and still not get any responds from them...
