Hello,
I have a resseller which is configured with "Allow Overselling" and all its users do not have "Suspend at Limit" selected but it suspends the site (frontend) but within directadmin it appears unsuspended.

To solve the problem, we suspend the user and then unsuspend and now the website is working again.

Do you know why this happens?
Thank you!

Hello,
It seems to happen every day at 00:15 when run directamin schedules tasks. I can bash command to suspend and unsuspend the account..

Since it happens on the same time, seems the tally suspends the user, so probably it's set somewhere.

There are 3 places the user can be suspended.
1.) By admin
2.) By reseller
3.) By the user himself.

That the user can suspend a domain himself is not widely known. But maybe that is what he did by accident, causing the nightly re-suspend after unsuspending him. This also often causes that in admin panel the user appears unsuspended.

You might want to check that.

For the reseller the customer has no codes.

Within directadmin the user is shown as unsuspend. But when I call the site it shows suspend!

The only way to make it work is to make it suspend and unsuspend manually!
Thank you!

That is not what I wrote.

I wrote the user can suspend the domain himself. In that case it won't show up as suspended unless you click on it.

That is exactly what happens if the user has suspended the domain himself at user level.

You have to go to the user by logging in as the user, and then select the domain setup.
Select the domain, you can see that they can suspend/unsuspend their domain there. It's more clear to see in Enhanced theme because there it will show "yes" on user level too in the domain setup.

The day before yesterday I stopped suspending automatically the reseller and received the following message, but the resseller which is configured with "Allow Overselling":

This is an automated message notifying Reseller xxxxxx that 75.7391 % of their bandwidth has been used up. It is estimated, at the current rate of use, that the account will be used up in 8.6 days, at which time the account will be suspended for the remainder of the month.
The server Admin and Reseller should contact each other if this is an issue.

You had the reseller configured with "allow overselling", but there are 2 options.
Did you also DEselect "Suspend a Reseller and their Users when the Reseller goes over their Bandwidth limit."?
