Switched to openlitespeed and can't create new sites

Hi All

I created a new account in DA under the 'admin' reseller level. This domain is a subdomain of another domain on the system. E.g control.example.com.

When I logged into the account, I get the error:

Unable to read the User data files for username

I ran the details here https://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=456 which created /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/username, however there is no home directory etc.

Server is not out of disk space and has plenty of resources. The logs in /var/log/directadmin don't really indicate anything wrong but do complain that the user does not exist?

Any ideas?

Afraid not. I reverted to nginix and apache abd everything worked.

Good idea! New domains also failed to create / got stuck in creation in progress so there was also a bigger issue some where...
