I did the test with your script on another server and my BAYES_SPAM and BAYES_HAM to change.
Does this answer my questions for a while?

Do you Scan/Learn that returns information to RSpamd or does it do nothing?

Is this on a per user basis, where each user get only his own ham/spam learned and filtered by Rsmapd, or is the ham/spam, which is learned from one user, feeded into the protecting of all users?

rSpamd uses a global storage of bayes for all users, it's not individual as far as I know. Correct me if I'm wrong please.
 
When, DirectAdmin create in admin area, like the graphical interface of Rspamd, an interface to manage the spam for spamassassin, it would be idea not ?
What do you think ?
