transfer reseller error

i want to transfer a couple of domannames to an other reseller but this is the message:

Script Error: File /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/reseller/users.list does not exist. Can not continue.​

please give me an solution !
ps there is no file named (reseller)cron=OFF in the map. !

if i do all..i get this error.

Unable to read User data for fhbbv : ./data/users/fhbbv/user.usage : Unable to get Lock on file:
open error for ./data/users/fhbbv/user.usage.lock: No such file or directory
./data/users/fhbbv: No such file or directory

fhbbv is in this case a user.

I am not sure what you are trying to do. You don't transfer domains to other resellers. You transfer users to other resellers. You transfer domains to other users. So please share which script you are trying to run.

okay,
i want to move users from one ressler to another reseller.
i use the tool " Move Users between Resellers "
I select on the one site the reseller and the user and on the other side the reseller i want to move to.
when i execute the tool i get the error "Script Error: File /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/reseller/users.list does not exist. Can not continue. "

Have you checked to see if the users.list file exists for the reseller?

yes i checked but in the map /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/ there is no map 'reseller'
so if i make that , how do i make 'users.list'

Not sure what you mean by "map"? Do you mean file or directory?

Try adding a random user to that reseller and then check.
