Turn off automatic account suspension

We have a customer who needs to stay active at all times, even after they exceed their allowed bandwidth consumption. They have requested that instead of suspending their account (which is automatic btw), that we just simply charge them for the excessive bandwidth usage.

Does anyone know how this can be set? This is just a single user, not a reseller.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
 
Admin Login into CP => Show All Accounts = Select user => Modify User => Uncheck «Suspend at Limit» => Click «Save»

Weird, The user already has that option unchecked. We'll have to see if it does it again and I guess move on from there. Thanks for the reply! :D
