Unable to Create a Ticket

Hi,

I am experiencing this error:

"Error reading ticket number from ./data/admin/next_ticket.number"

A search on this forum didnt give me any results.

EDIT:
I couldnt find some 'disabling'-feature as mentioned at the Admin Help Site0helper. So this MIGHT be the answer, but even normal users can't create tickets.

EDIT2:
Fixed, next_ticket.number was somehow empty, so I added the number myself. The feature of edit1 has been found too

I had the same problem on one server.

I did not get any mail from backups anymore and I foud out that this was the reason:

Error reading ticket number from ./data/admin/next_ticket.number

Adding the latest ticketnumber to that file solved the problem.
