Hello,

Try extracting the file manually. It doesn't look like DA was able to find any domains in the backup from this error "or else there were no domains".

tar xvzf user.tar.gz

see if the domains directory comes out of it, and check for errors.

How is it being extracted then (Reseller Panel or User Panel)? It's possible the User quotas are getting in the way.

in that reseller i used the 'first method' i thought. it was a backup for all users from reseller panel. Then i made the reseller manually and from the new reseller panel i did a restore of all users, including the reseller user with his domains...

then i though an easy way:
first restore the reseller user, like a common admin user. Then converted the user to a reseller with the tool of l0rdphi1. (NOTE: in the ip.list you have to press "ENTER" at the end of ip.list coz if not the ip dont get recognized and you cant do a restore of his users). So then restore the rest of the users... no errors so far... we lose packages.. but is easy to replace manually those files..

Like you see.. a full server backup/restore it will be ver very usefull ;)

PS: in the error cases, i tried also a user backup (from user panel) but with errors.. Now that i transfered manually (from backup .tar.gz) the files also de backup function on that domains dont function at all!!!. I think there area some file incompatibility that i dont find

Any update to this issue? I'm also having it and yes the domains can be seen if I manually extract the tar file.
