Unable to start PureFTP

I am unable to start the service PureFTP. It shows as stopped under the service monitor.

Please assist.

Which distro, what error notice? What do the logfiles say?

I am using DirectAdmin 1.60.1 on CentOS 8.0.
There is no error notice, just under Service Monitor it says that pure-ftpd is stopped.
In messages there are multiple messages saying "The service 'pure-ftpd' on server *** is currently down"
Relevant Excerpt from Log Files:

This repeats multiple times in the System Messages log file.

I managed to resolve this issue by running the command:
openssl dhparam -out /etc/pure-ftpd-dhparams.pem 3072
