Users not appearing in Admin Backup Page

Hi there,

I'm having a problem where certain resellers' users are not appearing in the admin backup page list. It will display the reseller, but it will be as though the reseller does not have any users, when upon checking, it does.

How can I fix this?

That can happen if the users.list files are missing users.
Use this to reload them:
