Hello. I added cloudflare to protect my websites and changed the nameservers to the cloudflare nameservers at godaddy. Now I cannot log into Direct Admin. Do I change the nameservers to the cloudflare name servers in direct admin as I did in godaddy? Thanks!

This could be a solution for you: https://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=84

It makes DA accessible through apache to counter proxy issues, CF is practically a proxy to your websites.

:2222 isn't working because you're actually trying to connect to CF's IP on that port; they simply don't forward that traffic.

Other options are to connect to your server IP address directly; or use a different domain without CF for DA usage.

I wanted to let you know that all I had to do was use my IP address to log into Direct admin. I could not login using domainname:2222 but was able to bypass cloudflare proxy and log into DirectAdmin using the IP: 111.22.33.444:222. Thanks
