Very frustrated with no responses to my many attempts

Is anyone else frustrated from getting ignored and receiving NO support from DA?

Unfortunately, there are no such tickets in tickets.directadmin.com ticket system at all. Where did you create them? :)
 
Also, is the [email protected] email address the email address you have listed for whoever to contact you at? If so, and no emails are being received at that address, then they may have responded. Have you tried checking webmail on the server, or are you using an email client?

HOWEVER, that is going to a cPanel server (port 2096), and WHM/cPanel is accessible from /whm and /cpanel URLs.

Did you have your account migrated from cPanel to DirectAdmin but the DNS hasn't been updated yet? If so, I bet the missing emails are on the source cPanel server and the account will need to be remigrated, and then the DNS updated accordingly.

He is probably creating tickets from within the control panel itself thinking that its connected to the DirectAdmin support.
