What service is logged into badwidth usage

Hi,

I need to know how is the bandwidth being logged. What is the service is accounted on.

I can see the bandwidth usage is not tally with the account usage. I got one of my client sending alot of junk mail to me size bettween 2 to 3 meg everyday and if i check the account bandwidth usage, it only show 10 to 15MB for 14 days usage.

on my last search "email bandwidth", the thread is date on Sept 2003. DA was unable to take email into the bandwidth usage but it almost a year now from the thread, hopefully something is done on that.
