What's the 'Info' column in the Block List of the Brute Force Monitor for?

Hello,

can someone tell me what the 'Info' column is for in the 'Block List' in the 'Brute Force Monitor'? It's empty for all of my blocked IP address entries.

Not sure as I don't have this in Enhanced skin, but seems to me if you block or skip an ip manually, you can post a comment with it, and the info will contain what you wrote in the manually action.
As said, not 100% sure but seems logic to me.

I just added a random IP address to the block list via the relevant input field in the UI but I was not able to add a comment during that process. On the other hand, your explanation would make sense.

Yes, agreed with Richard G as above.
When manually doing Quick Deny in csf-Quick Actions, there is a field 'Comment for Block'. That's what shows up in the Info column as your query.

Hm, that's interesting. I thought this field is DirectAdmin standard and not provided by the plug-in. I did misunderstand Richard's comment then. I thought he talked about blocking an IP address within DirectAdmin itself, not via csf.

No you were correct. I was indeed talking about blocking an IP address from within the BFM from DA itself, not via the CSF plugin.
