When toggling everything, we can't save.

We have to do it manually.

OK, I can't save when I toggle or check everything. Seems like I have too much usernames on the server.

Updated 2.0.3

* Mozilla JS fix

What does happen when you select 1 ? Or doesn't the "save" button work ? Get errors ??

Just updated, no major problems but I have 2 questions:

1) After In install a new domain, do I have to specifically allow them access to awstats now?

2) Is it possible to have an option to aggregate all the dnscache files into a single one. It would seem to me that the information is duplicated in them therefore causing the system to potentially have to look up the same dns name on multiple domains. If you used a single dnscache file then all domains would use the same cache.

1. No

2. Awstats will lookup the same IP adresses for every domain. Even if it is already lookuped by another.

Then it must be something else, we're using version 2.0.3 and we can't save if we check all users. We currently have 318 users on the server we're testing on, and nothing happens when I click save!

It's empty, if I check just 20 users it works, but since you add all users to a querystring, it won't work with too many users, a querystring can't contain that many characters. You need to do a "post" of it.

installed on my new webserver and seems to function flawless, although the admin domain refuses to run awstats, this is the error from suexec log,

[2005-01-02 19:46:32]: info: (target/actual) uid: (admin/admin) gid: (wheel/wheel) cmd: awstats.pl
[2005-01-02 19:46:32]: crit: cannot run as forbidden gid (0/awstats.pl)

The admin is in wheel group but I added a admin group also and chowned the files in the awstats admin Public_html dir to admin:admin but the above error persists, strangely enough its fine on other servers.

I must be doing something w then because I just added 4 new clients and awstats does not appear in their control panel until after I go back in as admin and specifically check the box for them. Is there any way to make this automatic? I want all my clients to have awstats on all their domains.

You could edit the post_create.sh or something on domain creation to add a line to permissions.txt when a domain is created.

Or use the script that creates awstats on every domain ;) (doesn't add the user in permissions.txt)

Chrysalis

Strangely the admin user is a little bit different sometimes when it comes to cgi-bin scripts :s

probaly the file should be chowned admin:wheel or admin:admin differs sometimes on OS or Installation

I've just installed this plugin and GREAT WORK !!! :D
It works fine for me ...

just one question ... when I do an update manually (with the link on the top of awstats page) it just updated the stats for today ... but I have logs since the 31 december.
How do I get to parse those log ?
