@sgala This is 2024 and you are quoting & responding to a post from 2022. It's fine to offer an opinion but waiting 2 years to do it seems unusual. Most forums would call this necro-posting.
DirectAdmin has always been administrator-friendly and it is possible to make backups from the command line, and even if you aren't a customer any more, or your license is dead for other reasons. Please see: https://docs.directadmin.com/direct...-to-create-a-full-backup-via-the-command-line
