Setting up a new server it get this error:

Please select if you would like to use ionCube (yes/no):no
ioncube is not a valid option.

It was fixed in CB 2.0 rev. 2425, introduced with the support of php_extensions.conf. Installation with default settings would finish (you could change the setting later) - else just update CustomBuild. Sorry for this :)
