I've added a 'Pricing' link to the nagivation menu at the top, which links to the pricing table further down the main page.

This will hopefully fix the problem if the pricing table is just being overlooked, but if the problem is that the pricing table is not showing up at all for some visitors then I'll need to look a little deeper at the HTML.

The pricing link needs a little touch-up. From the license, purchase, and contact screens, the link doesnt work.
