I run rubyonrails plugin from daplugin.com

I have 2 questions not answer yet from daplugin themself:

1. What ports need to be open on firewall (3000-4000)
IN TCP / OUT TCP / IN UDP / OUT UDP ?

2. "Start shell" in the plugin, i get always "No access" ?
