sending email fail

Hello,

We are unable to send email via round cube.

"An error occurred.Close
SMTP Error (451): Failed to add recipient "[email protected]" (Temporary local problem - please try later)."

Please check the attached file.
Any advise please?

can you please send the full commands and steps to follow?

Login via SSH to your server.
cd to /var/log/exim
use either nano or vi (vim) to open mainlog and see if you can find references to this error.

If you're not an admin (so not a DA customer) you're at the wrong place, in that case you have to contact your host.

SMTP Error (451): Failed to add recipient "email" (Temporary local problem - please try later).​

Here is the steps to follow :-

1. run /scripts/mailperm --force after that run /scripts/updateuserdomains

2. also can run /scripts/forcelocaldomain domain.com (this will write the domain.com to /etc/localdomains file)

3. manually add the domain to /etc/localdomains file

NOTE : Please ensure the domain is in /etc/localdomains file.

I'm sorry. I like to be helpfull, but I'm not going to give a course in basic admin knowledge. I already mentioned to look with nano or VIM because for example with the Nano editor you can easily search for strings.
