Is this still a live project? I've been trying to contact Sam Elsamman for about two weeks now; I can't reach him by phone, and he doesn't reply to messages sent from the SiteZen site.

Do you know how to contact Sam? I want to move a few licenses and perhaps buy a few more, but I can't reach anyone.

If you know how to contact Sam, please let me know.

You can submit a ticket or get to our license manager from that page.

Thanks, Sam. But none of that changes the fact that the phone number on your site leads to a message that your extension is invalid and that you don't answer responses sent from your site. I'll follow the instructions you PMd me to get the licenses transferred.

There were some problems with the phone routing that have since been fixed. For technical support issues such as this, however, the ticket system is the best way to get help.

Thanks, Sam. I didn't know that transferring a license was a support issue; in most companies, including JBMC, the developers of DirectAdmin, it's done by the sales department.

I'll move forward.
