Pucky, Hmmm... you're right. The option doesn't exist.

I'll bring this to John's attention.

Jeff

Acutally i found the option but missed it initially because its way down in the bottom as a radio button not a checked option. But its there. :)

Why would you not want to allow your clients the ability to make backups? It uses their own space.

Jeff

sometimes backup/restore can make server load jump to sky high. I limit them only can make backup after midnight.

Can you give me an example URL? I still can't see it.

Thanks.

Jeff

Glad I am not the only one who can't see that option - using enhanced skin.

Top 5 from me would be:

1. Jailed SSH (yes I know there is a work around, but something clean!)
2. The destruction of Squirrelmail, decent webmail clients (although Ubeimail is cool)
3. Allow resellers to change the logo etc on their control panel skin
4. Upgrade users -> resellers etc (without using command line scripts)
5. Lots of money, sorry couldn't think of another one!

2. Better user management, the ability to 1 click the following:
Move a domain from a user to another user, regardless if they are reseller or not.
Move a user from one reseller to another.
Convert a user into a reseller and vice versa.

I second these !! :)

1. Ability for admin/reseller to change DA header or at least logo so that it does not change when sking is updated.

2. DA Support for Major languages. Too many create language skin but then you never hear from them again. Every other CP has this in one form or another.

English
Spanish
French
German
Italian
Japanese
Chinese

Fix the nagging problem of Squirrelmail and other links BREAKING in the control panel, that lead to PAGE NOT FOUNDS, when running DA using SSL

Nor do we, as explained in the other thread in which you posted the same.

Can you give a specific example?

Jeff

1. Email user control panel
2. integrated webmail client
3. Reseller branding (logo, vanilla skin with colour scheme options, perhaps CSS property options e.g. the same as what is available for modifying templates in forums like vbulletin and IPB etC)
4. Integration of third party helpdesks like Kayako, Cerberus etc.
5. Integrated unbranded help pages

1) When a new account is created, whether its by a Reseller or by the admin, a copy of the account creation email should be sent to the admin. Otherwise, im searching the box weekly to find all new accounts created by Resellers.

2) When an account is terminated send an email to the admin.

3) When a website is suspended by a Reseller or Admin, send an email to the admin.

4) When a reseller user goes over bandiwidth/diskspace send an email to the admin. The admin should be notified of every single event whether it affects his account or his resellers hosted under him/her. Currently, i have no idea whos gone over bandwidth, diskspace as far as my resellers are concerned.

5) Ability to copy an account or reseller account from another server. Lets start with a DA server to DA server copy and move. This includes everything, Mysql, Mail etc. Once this is perfected, think about the ability to copy accounts from other server types like Cpanel, Plesk etc.

Facilites the easy migration of server admins from other control panels to DA. If this feature is available, think of all the NEW SALES this will generate for DA!!!
